EJS Corporate Interiors is a full service design firm, offering many professional design services for new office construction, new medical office construction, office relocation and office renovation.
Offices of all sizes require professional representation for planning, design, project management and construction supervision. Each company has specific requirements, unique to it's office dynamics, which must be addressed to assure a well-designed space. EJS Corporate Interiors specializes in corporate office design and medical office design. We work very closely with our clients, pay attention to every detail, and are always available and involved in all phases of a project through the day our clients move-in and beyond.
Initially, we interview our clients to understand the office structure and to determine the quantity of current and future space that is required for all departments. Detailed discussions with department supervisors are included in this interview process, to address all requirements from file capacities to equipment needs. After these meetings we produce a Space Program for your company. Then, we utilize that information and proceed by designing a preliminary layout to assist you in visualizing the new office design. At that point, the office planning continues as the design phase begins, including color & furniture selection. We continue to work hand-in-hand with your office to ensure that the space is customized to meet each and every requirement of the project.
EJS Corporate Interiors creates the construction documents, including dimensions, electrical and data requirements and lighting plan, that are used to build the office. The remaining phases require project management for all aspects of the project, from interiors to construction.
We function as the designer on the project and manage all issues, with your input, until you move in. We work directly with a staff member from your company, who would be your project representative, and would assist with your move to the new building.
Eileen J. Supran, President & Designer
Eileen J. Supran has been designing corporate offices since 1990. Her background is in Interior Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision. Eileen is directly involved in all projects at EJS Corporate Interiors. She designs functional, efficient, creative and professional offices and is attentive to all of her client's needs. Eileen offers day-to-day guidance and information to her clients throughout all phases of their projects.
Eileen is an active volunteer at several Long Island non-profit organizations such as Long Island Cares and the Education and Assistance Corporation (EAC). Eileen is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design in 1988. She was a proud member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority. After graduating, Eileen was employed at several prestigious architectural firms such as Butler Rogers Baskett, Ellerbe Beckett, and LWC.
